We are a family of 8 plus a baby and had a great experience on our day trip to the hot springs. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the bears. We encountered so much wildlife and saw 5 bears including a mother and her cub. The boat was comfortable and safe, the staff on the boat were very friendly and even shared some brilliant photos of the animals they had taken on our trip! Definitely worth every penny to see these beautiful creatures in the wild.

We went on a whale watching tour and saw a mama and baby gray whale and a humpback whale. The captain and guides were very informative. The guides took the time to approach all the guests to talk to them and share some facts. They went out of their way to make my 5 year old comfortable on the boat and also knew my oldest was big into birds so pointed out the different kinds of birds along the way. Great experience. We would definitely book a tour with them again!

We had a great trip bear-watching with our young children. Our captain and guide were friendly, professional, and informative. They were enthusiastic and keen to point out all kinds of wildlife. They showed a real love of the area and it was great to see the beautiful coastline from a different perspective. We saw loads of bears feeding along the shoreline. The boat stayed a reasonable distance from the bears so as not to disturb them, and our guides had a real respect for the animals. A very memorable experience!

What an incredible, once in a lifetime experience! We were very impressed with how much our guides knew and how they respected the ocean and its creatures. We got to see some humpback whales and grey whale. And if that wasn’t enough we spent almost half an hour watching a beautiful humpback whale breach over and over again! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. You guys have officially ruined whale watching for us because you have set the bar so high on our first whale watching trip ever!
